Recovery Care Specialist - PRN

Recovery Care Specialists interact with clients throughout shifts, assist with functional needs, maintain a therapeutic milieu, supervise meals, support ADLs, document services in client records, and collaborate with the clinical team. They engage clients in group and one-to-one activities, model appropriate social behavior, facilitate education groups, apply DBT coping skills, respond to crisis situations, provide transport and safety checks for vehicles, and help prepare for admissions and discharge within a residential and outpatient eating disorder treatment setting. The role emphasizes maintaining safety, therapeutic boundaries, and a client-centered approach across shifts, including documentation, crisis management, and teamwork with clinicians and supervisors.
