Job Summary
Collaborate with the clinical team to manage the daily milieu, ensuring client safety and maintaining a therapeutic environment. Actively engage clients in group and one-to-one settings, encourage activities of daily living, and structure mealtimes with appropriate supervision and social modeling. Therapeutically interact with clients to identify behavioral cues, recognize mood changes, and utilize de-escalation techniques to prevent crises. Document services, incident reports, and shift notes accurately while supporting medication compliance and discharge processes. Transport clients to appointments, conduct belonging searches, and prepare rooms for admissions. Comply with facility safety procedures, ethics codes, and company policies, reporting concerns promptly.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree strongly preferred
