Recovery Care Specialist - 3rd Shift

Manage the daily milieu of the facility by interacting with clients, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a therapeutic environment. Collaborate with the clinical team to select interventions, facilitate education groups, and support clients with activities, meals, and ADLs. Therapeutically engage clients in one-on-one and group settings while modeling appropriate social behavior and de-escalating crises. Document services, incident reports, and shift notes accurately; conduct chart audits and client belonging searches. Transport clients to appointments, support admissions and discharge processes, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and facility policies. Work the 3rd shift (10:30 pm to 6:30 am) in a collaborative environment dedicated to clinical excellence.
