Job Summary
Manage the daily milieu of the facility by interacting with clients, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a therapeutic environment. Collaborate with the clinical team to determine interventions, facilitate education groups, and support clients in performing ADLs, attending meals, and managing leisure time. Therapeutically engage clients in one-on-one and group settings while modeling appropriate social behavior and de-escalating crises. Document services, incident reports, and shift notes accurately; conduct client searches and inventory; and support admissions, medication compliance, and discharge processes. Transport clients to appointments and greet guests warmly. Comply with safety procedures, ethics codes, and facility policies while adapting to changes in facility routines.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Position requires a minimum of one year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, preferably with clients with eating disorders
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
