Job Summary
Collaborate with the clinical team to determine interventions, engage clients in milieu activities, and encourage ADLs like hygiene and laundry. Therapeutically interact with clients one-on-one and in groups, model appropriate social behavior, and react to crisis situations using DBT coping skills. Document services, incident reports, and shift notes accurately while maintaining a therapeutic environment and ensuring client safety. Transport clients to appointments, support medication compliance, and conduct belonging searches. Prepare for admissions, support discharge processes, and adhere to facility safety procedures including fire drills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- minimum of one year experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
- Position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree strongly preferred
Desired Qualifications

- preferably with clients with eating disorders
