Recovery Care Specialist - 1st Shift

Collaborate with the clinical team to determine interventions, engage clients in milieu and group activities, and encourage adherence to daily living tasks and meal routines. Therapeutically interact with clients one-on-one and in groups to model social behavior, manage escalating situations using de-escalation techniques, and support medication compliance. Document services, incident reports, and shift notes accurately while ensuring facility safety through compliance with evacuation procedures and conducting client belonging searches. Transport clients to appointments, support admissions and discharge processes, and maintain a therapeutic environment by recognizing mood changes and modifying approaches accordingly.
