Recovery Care Specialist - 1st Shift

Manage the daily milieu of the facility by interacting with clients, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a therapeutic environment. Collaborate with the clinical team to select interventions, facilitate education groups, and support medication compliance. Actively engage clients in activities, meals, and outings while encouraging self-care tasks like hygiene and laundry. Therapeutically interact with clients individually and in groups, recognizing behavioral cues to modify approaches and de-escalate crises using DBT techniques. Document services, incident reports, and shift notes accurately while adhering to safety procedures and facility policies. Conduct client searches, prepare rooms for admissions, and support discharge processes as needed.
