Job Summary
Recovery Associates at Villa Sport will maintain a well-stocked and safe recovery area while adhering to Villa Sport standards. They will execute tasks under the supervision of the Recovery and Spa Supervisor, manage the appointment system, and guide members to suitable services, ensuring exceptional service with a cheerful demeanor. Candidates should possess customer service and problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a positive, outgoing personality. A high school diploma or GED is required, alongside obtaining a first aid/CPR certificate within 90 days of employment.

- First aid/CPR certificate required within 90 days of hire date
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for or managing a day spa or recovery center
- Experience working for a high-end, high-touch, service-oriented business
- Experience leading a team
Additional Requirements
- Able to work in a standing position for extended periods of time
- Occasional bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 pounds
- Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and balancing
- Repetitive phone and computer work
