Job Summary
Greet customers within a ten-foot radius and assist them in making informed purchase decisions while delivering high-quality service. Organize, restock, and arrange products for effective displays, maintaining an in-depth knowledge of featured items and their locations. Complete the daily department recovery process, ensuring shelves are clean, bathrooms are maintained, and Indoor Merchandising Guide standards are met. Operate handheld devices, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other retail equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Participate in cross-training and learning initiatives to acquire new skills and support internal and external inquiries.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to interact with the team in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient.
- Ability to work independently without supervision.
- Comfortable navigating computer systems and software to assist customers or manage activities.
- Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain a seated or standing position for extended durations.
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
- Ability to use a ladder and/or pallet jack.
- Able to navigate and access all facilities.
- Skill to effectively communicate verbally with others, both in-person and via electronic devices.
- Close vision for computer-related activities.
