Recovery Agent/ Collections Support 2 (Bilingual-French/Spanish)

Recovery Agent/Collections Support 2 communicates with customers to negotiate immediate payment and resolve delinquent balances, de-escalates conflicts, handles delinquencies across multiple portfolios, Applies FDCPA and company policies, leverages skip tracing to reach decision-makers, documents accounts, and works with a team to balance risk, quality, and customer retention. Responsibilities include inbound/outbound collection calls, sending work emails from a shared inbox, educating customers on terms and payment methods, and using multiple systems/tools to reach resolutions. Candidates should be bilingual in French and Spanish, have 1-2 years in a related field and a High School Diploma, and be capable of working autonomously in a dynamic environment. Proficiency with Google Sheets and Office/Google Suite, plus basic accounting and analytical skills, is preferred.
