Recoup Associate

This warehouse role involves identifying, staging, and repackaging damaged and returned products in accordance with Sysco’s quality control standards. Responsibilities include transporting to recoup area, separating damaged products, cleaning, repacking or repairing if warranted, and returning items to stock or disposition as damaged. Additional duties include unloading and staging returns from routes, operating an electric pallet jack or forklift, performing pre- and post-trip inspections, and adhering to food safety and quality control standards. Requires ability to lift 1-75 pounds (up to 100 pounds), work in dry/cooler/freezer environments, and operate equipment safely; overtime, weekend, and holiday work may be required. High school diploma or GED preferred; 3 months of warehouse experience and forklift/pallet jack experience are advantageous.
