Job Summary
Records Support Associate I provides support to Government staff by performing clerical and repetitive manual functions with high attention to detail and accuracy, including digitizing passport-related records, performing image quality control on passport applications and consular records, updating Lookout systems, and assisting with data entry and reconciliation across PRISM, PLOTS, and Passport databases; requires active SECRET clearance and an on-site, full-time role in Washington, DC, with strong data entry, filing, and customer service skills.
Required Qualifications
- HS diploma or GED
- Three (3) years of office experience in a high-volume production environment
- Two (2) years of experience utilizing MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, MS Outlook
- Possess SECRET level security clearance
- Excellent data entry skills
- Excellent filing and file retrieval skills
- Ability to learn and recall information about Passport application procedures and the laws and regulations pertaining to Passport requirements
- Ability to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and effectively communicate orally and through written correspondence
- Ability to effectively and politely comprehend and communicate the requirements of a vital record in a professional and courteous manner
- Ability to communicate with the public both over the telephone and via written means
- HS diploma or GED
