Job Summary
Records Specialist at a Personal Injury records collection firm: you will interact with case managers and medical providers by phone, email, and chat to retrieve medical records and bills, process a daily group of records requests, ensure special authorizations are completed, and track progress in our system. You will stay organized and professional while handling a steady flow of work, build relationships with providers and coworkers, and contribute to a collaborative office culture while performing entry-level computer work and related duties.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable speaking on the phone regularly
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Ability to interact with standard office technology (keyboard, computer, headset, mouse) with or without reasonable accommodation
- On-site attendance
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times
