Job Summary
Index information into records and information management systems, scan physical files to load electronic records, and perform data, image, and information quality assurance activities. Participate in various projects associated with physical and electronic records management as identified or required. This role supports the Records Management team at Canadian Natural in Calgary, offering a fun working environment with continuous learning opportunities. The position runs for 12 months starting January 2027, with a schedule of 5 days on, 2 days off, and 8 hours daily.
Required Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in your 1st year or higher of Business Administration, Records and Information Management Certificate program, Information Management/Technology, Library Science or related program at an accredited post-secondary institution
- Must be able to lift, carry and move/arrange boxes weighing up to 35 lbs
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent teamwork skills with positive, adaptable and cooperative attitude
