Job Summary
Provide subject matter expertise to Diageo business units for compliant management of information according to best practices. Responsibilities include developing retention schedules and asset inventories, supporting annual archive exercises, implementing retention and disposal policies, and working on information protection strategies. Key skills include proficiency in information life cycle management, asset management and ticketing tools, Microsoft Office 365, knowledge of data protection legislation, and the ability to deliver training on records management.

- Asset management tool experience
- Ticketing tool experience (e.g Service Now)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 & related products like Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Microsoft Purview, DLP, Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery
- Experience delivering training sessions on records management
- Relevant professional certifications (ICRM, ARMA, IAPP, ACEDS, AIIM)
