Job Summary
Records Coordinator for an orthodontic clinic who welcomes patients, orients them to the clinic, and manages on-time patient flow. Responsibilities include capturing X-rays, photographs, and scans, relaying new patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors, coordinating clinical records requests, maintaining patient scheduling, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, performing aftercare communications, and potentially assisting with equipment sterilization. May cross-train to support multiple clinic roles. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential; bilingual ability is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Previous dental clinical experience preferred
