Job Summary
Records Coordinator role within Smile Doctors clinic focusing on patient onboarding and records management. Responsibilities include welcoming new patients and obtaining orthodontic records, maintaining on-time patient workflow, greets patients and family members, familiarizes patients with clinic layout, captures X-rays, photographs and scans, relays new patient information to treatment coordinators and doctors, coordinates clinical records requests, manages patient treatment flow and scheduling, ensures compliance with State and Federal regulations, performs aftercare communications, and may assist with cleaning, sterilizing, and preparing equipment. May cross-train to support multiple clinic roles within the site. Prerequisites include a High School Diploma or equivalent; dental clinical experience and bilingual ability are a plus.
