Job Summary
Records Coordinator within a national law firm’s Information Governance team for an anticipated year-long contract in the Atlanta office. Responsibilities include organizing and indexing physical client files, processing file transfers and records requests, assisting with records retention and file maintenance, supporting attorneys and staff with information management needs, and maintaining accuracy and confidentiality of firm records. Requires a Bachelor's degree or 1-2 years of professional office experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, meticulous organization, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs; prior records management or law firm experience is a plus.
