Job Summary

Process and analyze realty documents and transactions under supervision, perform data entry and initial level transaction review, conduct records cleanup, and prepare files for archiving. Create and maintain hard copy and electronic files, perform extensive records research and proofreading, generate daily work and data reports, ensure records compliance with regulations, and assist front office with phones, client greetings, and document intake. Strong typing (55 wpm), proficiency with MS Office, meticulous attention to detail, excellent organization and communication skills, ability to work independently, and ability to meet deadlines are required. Travel for training will be required and physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience in a high paced office environment
  • Must type a minimum of 55 wpm
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, Outlook)
