Job Summary
Records Clerk responsible for processing and analyzing realty documents and transactions under supervision, performing data entry, initial transaction review, records clean-up, and file preparation for archiving. Supports front office with phones, client greetings, and document intake. Key duties include reviewing documents for defects, notifying or correcting defects, creating and maintaining hard copy and electronic files, conducting extensive records research and proofreading, generating daily and other data reports, maintaining records per regulations, and converting documents for electronic uploading. Requires High School Diploma or equivalent, minimum 1 year administrative experience in a fast-paced office (preferably escrow/legal/real estate), typing 55 wpm, proficiency in Word/Access/Excel/Outlook, strong organization, attention to detail, ability to work independently, compliance with training and security requirements, and ability to perform physical tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds). Office environment with potential travel for training; located in Palm Springs, CA (US) with consideration for Agua Caliente Band of Cahuilla Indians site in Palm Springs, CA 92264.
Required Qualifications
