Job Summary
The Recording Specialist will manage the recording of legal documents, perform audits, and ensure compliance while coordinating with internal teams and external partners in a full-time position.
Required Qualifications
- Accurate calculation of recording fees and issue checks for payment
- Review and proofread documents for accuracy and compliance
- Coordinate with courthouses and e-recording providers
- Maintain logs of recorded documents
- Assist with the auditing process
