Recording Engineer Supervisor

Supervisor overseeing recording engineers and dubbing production coordinators; responsible for negotiating costs for local projects, issuing POs and approving invoices; performs project cost analysis to lower costs and improve direct margin; manages production scheduling, coordinates resources (directors, talent, engineers, rooms and third-party/third-party resources), tracks milestones, and adapts schedules to client requests; ensures rights agreements are executed by creative resources, verifies special production instructions, analyzes and resolves problems, and performs general administration duties; works with related departments to communicate changes impacting efficiency or quality of production; focuses on improving production methods and equipment performance and maintaining quality of product.
