Job Summary
Recording Document Specialist responsible for reviewing and preparing real estate documents to ensure county and government-code compliance, researching county indexes for information verification, serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, tracking document modifications and submissions, handling basic fee reconciliation, and supporting team training and collaboration to maintain accurate and timely real estate recordings.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2+ years of real estate recording experience
- Familiarity with real estate documents, title insurance, or escrow functions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, handle high volumes of work, and meet tight deadlines with precision
- Willingness to work a scheduled time between 7:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime as needed
