Job Summary
Senior Record to Report role focused on ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records and reporting. Responsible for general ledger support, fixed asset accounting (including assets under construction and depreciation), producing financial analyses and reports, delivering data for internal consolidation and external reporting (statutory and tax), supporting cross-functional finance projects, and providing first-line SAP support across GL, fixed assets, and cash processes. Requires strong accounting knowledge, SAP proficiency, stakeholder communication, and ability to deliver compliant, high-quality financial information.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a closely related discipline
- Professional experience in financial reporting, accounting, or general ledger management within a corporate environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English to support global collaboration and reporting requirements
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and compliance requirements
- Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems, such as SAP, in finance or accounting processes
- Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insights
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively across functions and organizational levels
- Proven ability to manage priorities, support multiple activities, and deliver accurate results under tight deadlines
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in financial reporting, accounting, or general ledger management
- Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare industry (desirable)
