Record to Report Senior Specialist (C&A) Latam

Job Summary
Prepare and post complex journal entries, support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities, and resolve balance sheet reconciliations. Perform fluctuation analysis on the balance sheet and P&L, manage fixed asset accounting, and ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Support management and statutory reporting, partner with stakeholders to resolve accounting issues, and identify opportunities to automate processes. Maintain adequate documentation for internal and external audits while providing guidance to team members. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, 4-6 years of General Ledger experience, and Oracle/HFM proficiency. English level B1 (Intermediate).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 4-6 years of progressive experience in General Ledger, RTR, or Corporate Accounting
- Strong knowledge of month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Experience in Shared Services, GBS, or multinational environments
- English level: B1 (Intermediate)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience supporting audits and process improvement initiatives
- CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certification
- Experience with Oracle and/or HFM
