Job Summary
Lead SAP Record to Report (FICO) with ownership of finance and controlling processes and key integration points across SD, Distribution, Warehouse, and Inventory. Manage a small team of FICO Analysts and external contractors, driving process improvement and system optimization across AP, AR, PO, Invoice, GL, and sales reporting into GL. Provide strategic guidance while maintaining hands-on involvement in delivery and performance. Hands-on leadership with strong business impact and visibility in a finance-technical role.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading SAP Record to Report (FICO) implementations or migrations
- Strong understanding of SAP FICO module (GL, AP, AR, Controlling, PO, Invoice)
- Ability to manage a small team of FICO Analysts and external contractors
- Proven track record in process improvement and system optimization within SAP environments
- Experience across integration points with SD, Distribution, Warehouse, and Inventory
- Hands-on leadership with ability to balance strategic guidance with detailed execution
- Strong business acumen and ability to interact with finance leadership and cross-functional teams
