Record to Report Global Process Owner Manager

Lead and own end-to-end Record-to-Report (R2R) process design and governance across global Shared Service Centers, driving standardized, digitally enabled workflows with AI, automation, and analytics. Collaborate with Accounting Operations, Group/Division Controllers, Compliance, Internal Audit, and IT to strengthen the accounting control environment, ensure auditability and traceability of processes and digital tools, and contribute to governance forums on responsible AI and digital use. Manage migration and transition initiatives for R2R activities between SSCs and Global Business Services, defining future-state designs, validating business requirements, and ensuring alignment with global standards. Drive continuous improvement through process simplification, efficiency initiatives, and performance monitoring, while leading cross-functional teams and coordinating training on policies, procedures, and digital tools. This role requires ~10% travel, does not require relocation, and is based in Quezon City, Philippines.
