Job Summary
Oversee reconstruction projects and manage subcontractors to ensure on-time completion within budget and to quality standards. Communicate with customers, clients, vendors, and internal teams; conduct pre-construction meetings; provide regular project updates; scope jobs and manage budgets and documentation; coordinate change orders; ensure compliance with plans, specifications, codes, and scope; perform site inspections and punch-list closure; drive successful project execution with attention to margins and client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Strong track record of customer service
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Basic math competency
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
- Proficiency with industry software: Xactimate, Docusketch, Homebase, WorkCenter, Microsoft Office Suite and Dext
