Job Summary
Manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects from job handoff through final completion. Schedule subcontractors, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain project schedules to keep jobs moving. Perform site inspections to ensure quality and safety while communicating with homeowners throughout the process. Document progress, maintain accurate job files, and manage punch lists and final walkthroughs. Collaborate with Project Managers to identify and execute approved change orders. Requires 3+ years of construction management experience, valid driver's license, and familiarity with Xactimate or Restore OS. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 annually with uncapped performance incentives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential or light commercial construction management experience
- Experience leading subcontractors and coordinating multiple trades
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing and building methods
- Ability to read scopes of work and construction documentation
- Excellent organizational and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Xactimate, Restore OS, or similar construction management software
