Reconstruction Superintendent

Manage multiple residential and commercial reconstruction projects from job handoff through final completion, overseeing field operations, subcontractors, scheduling, and quality control. Perform site inspections to ensure safety and standards, coordinate material deliveries, and maintain accurate project schedules. Communicate directly with homeowners throughout the process, document progress, and manage punch lists and final walkthroughs. Collaborate with Project Managers to execute approved change orders. This role supports SERVPRO Team Wilson's premier reconstruction team in the Southeast, where superintendents are empowered to lead projects and directly impact customer satisfaction and business success.
