Job Summary
Conduct pre-construction meetings, schedule subcontractors and material suppliers, and validate project schedules while ensuring all work complies with plans, specifications, and local codes. Perform final walk-throughs with customers to compile and resolve punch lists, secure completion certificates, and execute change orders. Document all activities in WC 2.0, maintain quality standards through site inspections, and coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions. Provide daily narrative updates to clients and evaluate vendor performance. This full-time role requires 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p. m. Monday through Friday, 45 hours weekly, with on-call rotation, weekend work, and local travel.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field
- Superb customer service track record
- Effective written and oral communication
- Basic math skills
- Experience in restoration and/or construction
- Walking and/or standing throughout the day
- Frequent driving and sitting
- Occasionally climbing ladders
- Occasionally exposed to extreme conditions such as heat
- The noise level at individual jobsites can be loud
- Full-time position, working 7:00 a.m.- 5:00 p.m., Monday–Friday, 45 hours per week
- This position frequently requires long hours (beyond 8 hours a day), working on-call, and weekend work
- Travel is required and is primarily local
- Some out-of-area and overnight travel may be expected
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred
