Job Summary
We are seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager responsible for leading and managing residential and commercial reconstruction projects from start to finish. This includes assessing and estimating projects, coordinating with teams for timely project completion, developing project timelines, supervising subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential, along with proficiency in project management software. The role demands effective communication with clients and administrative support in documentation and budgeting.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management, specifically in the construction or restoration industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to collaborate with office staff and work cross-functionally with different departments.
- Proficient in project management software and office tools (Microsoft Office Suite, Xactimate preferred).
- Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under tight deadlines.
- Must ensure that subcontractors maintain the highest level of professionalism, quality workmanship, and reliability as outlined in our subcontractor agreements.
