Job Summary
Manage reconstruction projects from initial scope through completion, coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field employees while maintaining schedules, budgets, documentation, and job costs. Communicate with customers, insurance adjusters, and project partners to review scopes, estimates, change orders, and completed work. Identify and address project issues proactively, documenting progress and jobsite conditions to ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and to company quality standards. Prioritize customer service, safety, and professionalism throughout the process.
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of construction, restoration, remodeling, or related experience
- Project management or coordination experience
- Knowledge of residential and/or commercial construction
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
Desired Qualifications
- CompanyCam is a plus
- Xactimate experience is preferred
- IICRC certification is preferred but not required
