Job Summary
Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential and light commercial rebuild sites. Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes while tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability. Enforce quality workmanship and safety standards while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners. Lead insurance-related projects backed by a rapidly expanding national organization with no self-sourcing required. Valid driver's license and reliable field vehicle needed.
Required Qualifications
- 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building
- Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously
- Valid driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Reliable field vehicle
