Reconstruction Project Manager

Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential and light commercial rebuild sites. Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes while tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability. Enforce quality workmanship and safety standards while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners. This role requires 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building, along with a valid driver's license and reliable field vehicle.
