Reconstruction Project Manager in Colorado Springs oversees residential, commercial, and industrial reconstruction projects from planning through completion. Leads teams of tradespeople and sub-contractors, manages project schedules and budgets, coordinates with homeowners, insurance representatives, and office staff, ensures compliance with standards, and delivers exceptional customer service. Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, strong organizational and leadership abilities, and a valid driver’s license. Experience in construction or restoration is preferred; training available for the right candidate. Responsibilities include generating work orders and schedules, maintaining customer communication, coordinating permits and inspections, and ensuring safe, on-budget project execution.
