Job Summary
Plan and execute reconstruction projects while ensuring high-quality service with customers, clients, subcontractors, and resource providers. Educate customers on the process, maintain all communications, and ensure proper permits are acquired. Create project schedules, timelines, and budgets; identify and qualify subcontractors; and negotiate terms and set expectations. Manage the entire customer experience and overall satisfaction. This role requires superb customer service, effective written and oral communication, and experience in restoration or construction. The position involves exposure to extreme conditions and physical demands including walking, standing, driving, climbing, and working at ceiling heights.

- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Desired Qualifications
