Job Summary
Oversee residential and commercial reconstruction projects from initial scope through final completion, managing approximately $1 million in annual volume. Visit job sites to assess damage, develop project scopes, and perform routine inspections to ensure quality workmanship and OSHA compliance. Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and inspections while monitoring budgets, timelines, and customer satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners, clients, insurance adjusters, and consultants, resolving challenges quickly and maintaining accurate documentation. Utilize project management software to keep projects organized and ensure efficient punch list completion.
Required Qualifications
- Construction project management experience
- Residential and/or commercial construction background
- Strong scheduling and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans
- Comfortable using computers, tablets, smartphones, and project management software
- Valid driver's license
- Flexibility to occasionally work evenings or weekends as project demands require
- An established network of trusted subcontractors that you can leverage immediately
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in restoration or insurance reconstruction
- Experience with Xactimate, Symbility, DASH, Matterport, or similar industry software
