Job Summary
Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects (including fire, water, mold, asbestos-related work) from planning through completion. Responsibilities include managing project costs within budgets, supervising subcontractors and in-house staff, recruiting subcontractors, ensuring quality control and safety on site, maintaining production schedules, driving operational sales and brand development, collecting project funds, coordinating materials/vendors, and maintaining strong customer/tenant relations. Must participate in a 24-hour on-call rotation and support ongoing training and development of the team. Strong communication, leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills are required, along with proficiency with MS Office and Google Docs. Preferred qualifications include two+ years in repair project management in insurance restoration and IICRC certifications in Water, Fire and Mold restoration; project management certifications or training.
