Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction and/or restoration preferred
- A valid driver's license in alignment with company policies
Desired Qualifications
- Strong understanding of insurance related reconstruction projects
- Proficient in project management software (Procore, Builder trend, Next Gear, PSA, Sales Force, Microsoft Project, or similar)
- Ability to interpret project-related documents like scopes of work and blueprints
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills
- Experience reconstructing complex properties after water/fire/structural damage
