Job Summary
Lead reconstruction projects from initial scope through closeout with full accountability for financial performance, operational execution, and customer experience. Drive planning, coordination, and execution of reconstruction efforts; develop detailed schedules, budgets, scopes of work, and resource plans; oversee all phases from design coordination to procurement, construction, and commissioning; identify risks and opportunities and implement strategies to protect timelines and margins; ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and adherence to Kustom quality standards; manage change orders, invoicing, and project documentation; serve as primary point of contact for clients, carriers, adjusters, and stakeholders; recruit, develop, and lead Superintendents and field teams; stay current on industry trends and best practices. ”,
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in construction and/or restoration project leadership
- Proficiency with Xactimate, Procore, Buildertrend, NextGear, PSA, Salesforce, Microsoft Project, or similar project-management/estimating platforms
- Valid driver’s license
