Reconstruction Estimator

Meet with customers to inspect and photograph all damages, then develop and write estimates including ITEL, material reports, and engineering reports to ensure customer satisfaction. Document all communications and follow-ups twice weekly, communicate with adjusters for project approvals, and ensure estimates comply with local codes and scope requirements. Follow the claim from inspection to close, maintaining proper documentation and photos for each project. Assist the Project Construction Manager on scope explanations when needed. This role requires two years of Xactimate experience, including sketch, and involves exposure to extreme conditions, loud noise levels, and physical demands such as climbing ladders and standing for long periods.
