Job Summary
Reconstruction Sales Associate in Orthopaedics-Reconstruction role responsible for supporting the sales team within an assigned territory and hospital accounts. Duties include assisting in scheduling operative cases, securing instrument inventory, observing procedures, and advising surgical teams on Smith & Nephew instrumentation and implants. Develop deep technical knowledge of the Orthopaedic Joint Reconstruction portfolio through structured trainings, build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and KOLs, and collaborate to create an effective territory business plan to generate revenue and meet/exceed quotas. Requires ability to learn technical information, travel within the territory (2–4 overnights per month, infrequent national travel), and completion of credentialing to access healthcare facilities. Minimum two years of sales experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, plus a valid driver’s license. Flexible schedule to support untraditional hours and cross-functional teamwork with colleagues to deliver solutions and improve patient outcomes.
