Job Summary
Reconditioning Technician responsible for preparing vehicles for service and reconditioning interior and exterior to dealership standards. Duties include washing exterior, waxing/buffing, vacuuming and cleaning upholstery, applying revitalizers to vinyl/leather, cleaning engine components, using cleaning agents and specialized cleaners, applying touch-up paint, installing accessories, maintaining a neat display lot, and upholding safety policies. Requires familiarity with automotive repair basics, a valid driver's license, manual dexterity, good judgment, and safe use of hand and power tools. Works in a physically demanding environment and supports the dealership's customer-service goals.
Required Qualifications
