Job Summary
Reconciliation Specialist in Reconciliation Services responsible for accurate and timely reconciliations, exception resolution, and documentation of procedures to strengthen controls and governance. Works within a high-performing team to improve process efficiency, back up the Team Leader, and ensure timely reporting and adherence to defined procedures under tight deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and risk awareness
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks through prioritization
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and strong written/oral communication skills
