Job Summary
Lead the Reconciliation Management team supporting ABOR/IBOR-to-Custody reconciliations in partnership with global State Street teams. Drive day-to-day leadership across clients and units, owning service delivery outcomes, client satisfaction, and direct client engagement. Manage the reconciliation exception lifecycle, resolve issues, and implement process improvements while maintaining a strong risk management and control environment. Lead transformation initiatives, manage KPIs, KRIs, and OKRs, and enforce cost discipline and budget accountability. Develop team members and promote cross-functional collaboration to ensure SLA adherence and enterprise accountability.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in finance, business, technology, or related field
- 7-10 years of relevant industry experience
- Extensive experience in asset management operations, including reconciliations and fund accounting
- Broad industry knowledge gained across multiple asset management disciplines
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
- Hands-on experience with reconciliation tools such as TLP/IntelliMatch and manual processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills across seniority levels
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and effective under pressure
- Strong team orientation with flexibility to operate beyond defined responsibilities
- Proven client communication and stakeholder management experience
- Deep understanding of Middle and Back Office operations across multiple asset classes
- Strong knowledge of investment management technologies (TLM/TLP, IntelliMatch)
- Demonstrated experience in change management and process transformation
Desired Qualifications
- Exposure to technology enablement tools (e.g., SQL, Python, low-code platforms) is advantageous
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Word, and PowerPoint
