Job Summary
Reconciliation Lead role leads the team delivering reconciliation services to FDS Amplicare customers and oversees customer relationship and communication throughout onboarding, including onboarding correspondence, training support, and documentation for third-party payer data transmittal. Responsibilities include coordinating customer actions (deposit verifications, write-off approvals, forms completion), addressing issues (claims disputes), overseeing development and communication of customer reports, establishing electronic receipt of 835 forms with the Onboarding team, analyzing reconciliation data to design accounting protocols for submission of payments and claims posting, and educating customers via webinars on the reconciliation application and available reports. The role requires maintaining HIPAA confidentiality, tracking technical issues, and ensuring accurate case updates in NetSuite, with strong MS Word/Excel skills, experience with cloud-based webinar apps (e.g., Zoom), and solid typing (35 wpm). It is an in-office role in Fort Worth, TX, Monday-Thursday, with Friday remote work, and hours are 8-5. Preferred qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor Degree, pharmacy industry knowledge, experience managing direct or indirect reports, and billing or reconciliation experience.
