Job Summary
Reconciliation Consultant I responsible for timely payment reconciliation for group accounts, ensuring members receive benefits, and facilitating compensation for associates. Under supervision, operates independently to support objectives, communicates effectively with internal and external contacts, meets deadlines, maintains strong organizational skills, and demonstrates autonomy on projects. Duties include managing group payments in CM Client, routing discrepancies to appropriate baskets, processing government allotments, handling group remittance payments, and assisting group account holders and associates with inquiries about unbalanced payments. Requires knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; 0-1+ years in customer service; strong communication, time management, and confidentiality; ability to work as part of a team or individually.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 0-1+ years customer service
- Good typing and 10-key skills
- Good written and verbal communication
- Good phone and presentation skills
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines with detailed-oriented, analytical approach
- Team-oriented or able to work independently
