Job Summary

Recon Technician at Hendrick Luxury Collision Center identifies required vehicle service and performs repair, service, and maintenance work in a dealership setting. Responsibilities include examining customer vehicles, estimating repair costs, performing repairs and maintenance per dealership and manufacturer guidelines, requesting parts, documenting services, maintaining CSI, and keeping an organized and safe work area. The role requires following safety rules, adhering to core values (servant leadership, teamwork, integrity, customer focus, accountability, and continuous improvement), and may include evening hours, weekends, and holidays. Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and a valid driver’s license. Thorough knowledge of automotive parts and systems and 5+ years of automotive experience are desired. All work is performed in a service-area environment with exposure to noise, fumes, and mechanical equipment.
