Job Summary
Reconditioning Manager responsible for overseeing the activities of all reconditioning of used vehicles and the attainment of quality targets. Collaborates with Parts, Service, and Body Shop to meet customer needs and dealership objectives; verifies vehicle information and inspection sheets; ensures 72-hour vehicle cycle time; maintains front-line inventory condition; handles customer requests professionally; ensures adherence to manufacturer policies and OSHA-related requirements; maintains cleanliness and appearance of service areas. Requires automotive dealership experience and strong organizational and customer-service skills to drive a positive team environment and earn customers for life.
Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Valid driver's license in state of residence
- Acceptable driving record
- Ability to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vans (manual and automatic transmissions)
- Organizational & customer service skills
- Time management – prioritize workload and manage time
